	How would you describe the way you work with students? “My philosophy in teaching is letting the students realize their responsibility as students. I request each one to look at their hands and see what they would be in the next 5 years. I let them realize that each CREATE his or her own future; their future is in their hands, they either make it or break it. Assessing students learning needs; establishing a good relationship and rapport; fifty percent of strictness and firmness; and fostering respect from each other, are some of my strengths in dealing with students. Encouraging independence and FUN learning are vital to my teaching.”

	How would you describe the way you work with students? “I actively work with students. I ask them what kind of nurse they want caring for them or their ones. I then work with them to strive to be the nurse they want to become. I also make sure my classes are fun, interactive and informative.”
