The Values in Collaborating, Training and Orienting for Retaining You (VICTORY) Program assists current students identified as at-risk in meeting theory and clinical objectives. One‑on-one participation with a communication specialist is geared towards assisting students who are bilingual or those who are having difficulty in transposing learning materials into terms. This remediation program improves academic performance, to ensure that current students succeed in their goal of becoming highly skilled, sought-after healthcare professionals.
