The Nurse Assistant educational program plan is to prepare qualified individuals to be competent in providing and assisting licensed personnel and other health care team members in delivering basic nursing care and procedures.

New Student Orientation Dates (3 to 5 days) are required for the student to attend. These days include the following sessions: New Student Orientation, Pre-Advising, and Student Information & Assessment. Confirmation of dates and times will be issued to those accepted into the program. Business casual attire is required for orientation. (NO flips flop, shorts, low cut tank tops, revealing clothing, body piercing jewelry, denim wear (jeans, jackets) etc. are allowed Only one pair of earrings allowed).

LENGTH OF PROGRAM
The Nurse Assistant program curriculum has sixteen (16) modules which last approximately *six to eight weeks (6-8) total. The distribution of hours is as follows:

*Program weeks do not include semester breaks and other holidays or days off observed by St.Francis Career College.
